As President of Redhawk Network Security, Ben Gallo’s strategic vision, extensive technology sales expertise, and focus on customer service excellence provide strong leadership as he directs the company’s future. Ben’s experience growing teams and his 20-year technology background are valuable assets as he builds on the company’s success and looks for new growth opportunities to expand Redhawk’s security, regulatory, and assessment services to companies of all sizes and industries. With a track record of building customer-centric teams, strategic planning and alliances, Ben is focused on ensuring that Redhawk excels as one of the country’s premier partners for cybersecurity solutions. Prior to joining Redhawk, Ben served as vice president of sales and general manager at Atmosera, Inc., where he led all aspects of sales and customer success. During his 12 years at Sungard Availability Services, a leader in managed cloud services and IT disaster recovery, Ben served as sales director for North America, growing the cloud and ERP outsourcing business from $30 million to $100 million. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from George Fox University.



As Chief Technology Officer at Redhawk Network Security, Tyler Hardison, CISSP, PCI-QSA, plays a key role in leading new product strategies, initiatives, and is responsible for developing technology solutions and service offerings for clients. Tyler is highly regarded as a hands-on technologist with a strong focus on regulatory issues, program management, and secure implementation. With his extensive knowledge of evolving cybersecurity threats, Tyler leads the development and execution of innovative, robust, and secure information technology environments for organizations of all sizes. He has extensive experience and knowledge of security and IT, including regulatory issues and compliance, enterprise architecture, disaster recovery, process improvement, custom application development, and risk management. Tyler is a 20-year technology veteran, with 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, including his role as CIO at Stanford Federal Credit Union. Tyler is at the forefront of regulatory changes with in-depth knowledge of the tools necessary to stay ahead. Tyler is a PCI Qualified Security Assessor and speaks regularly on how businesses can meet compliance. Tyler enjoys volunteering in community organizations, including various historical societies.



As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Senior Security Analyst, Chris Akenson, CISSP, brings a deep background in security implementation and practices. Chris has extensive experience in building and maintaining security standards and practices, and has a breadth of knowledge across many compliance and regulatory industries. Chris is especially adept at providing clients with a pragmatic and sound understanding of security. This includes recommendations which are both practical and prioritized to help organizations better plan and remediate. Chris has over 24 years experience with various security and quality assurance related roles with companies that include Sony Computer Entertainment America, New World Interactive and Trace Security.



As Redhawk Network Security’s Solutions and Operations Manager, Shanelle Allen and her team provide support to sales, operations, and finance. Her responsibilities include managing key vendor relationships, supporting the sales team, and developing, improving, and maintaining internal procedures and processes at Redhawk. Shanelle works closely with the engineering and sales teams at Redhawk to bridge the gap between clients, solutions architecture, vendors, and service delivery rollouts. Shanelle is a true customer advocate who works toward improving every aspect of Redhawk's processes to deliver a "diamond white glove experience" to customers. She has experience working with organizations in both public and private sectors, as well as non-profit. Her knowledge and experience working with many industry types, together with her passion to stay current on new and emerging technologies, best practices, and industry initiatives make her a valuable resource for helping Redhawk and its customers continuously improve. Shanelle holds a B.A. in accounting and business management and is certified as a Cisco Business Architecture Analyst.

As Senior Account Executive at Redhawk Network Security, Rob Wille’s primary focus is building solid, long-lasting relationships with clients. Rob’s vast technology expertise in IT service management, security solutions, technology infrastructure, and enterprise mobility management enables him to help customers find the right solutions to meet their requirements.With a background deeply rooted in healthcare, education, and government, Rob is working to expand Redhawk’s security practice into new markets. During his 15 years with Symantec, Rob developed his consultative approach managing regional channel relationships and enterprise customer clients across the U.S. He is attentive to customers’ needs and is committed to providing excellent customer service with the highest level of professional integrity. Customers have complimented that Rob’s planning skills are exemplary, always focused on not only finding the answer to a current client challenge but helping the client plan for future expectations as well. Rob holds a B.S. in political science from Oregon State University.



As Senior Network Security Engineer at Redhawk Network Security, Regis Thornton, CISSP, oversees and manages networking projects for customers. With 18 years of networking experience, Regis has in-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, equipment, and protocols—including experience working with technology from Cisco Systems, Arista Networks, Brocade Communications Systems, Citrix Systems, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, F5 Networks, and many others. He has extensive experience performing advanced engineering, including the design, configuration, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of enterprise local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) technologies. At Redhawk, Regis is responsible for designing and implementing network and security initiatives and collaborating on network designs, working with customers to build new networks and on network migration. Prior to Redhawk, Regis was a Senior Network Engineer at Atmosera, where he specialized in developing compliant solutions for public and private cloud environments and service provider upgrades and management. During his seven years at Webtrends as Network Security Engineer, Regis was responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining high level security practices across the company, including providing guidance on security controls, proper tools, and environment selections to ensure scalability. Regis can be counted on for all aspects of information technology and information security, including vulnerability detection and mitigation, security compliance, risk management, and network design, analysis, and maintenance. His background includes information technology in banking and healthcare, where security and compliance are top issues.
